Shipping and Selling Rules
1) Thanks to ONLİNEAVM.COM.TR Marketplace you can purchase a variety of physical products from many verified sellers. Selling and delivering physical products is currently limited to the residents of the European Union, as well as businesses registered and operating there.
2) Read the product's description carefully before making a purchase. This is very important, since small technical details, such as color or cable length, may vary from product to product. Sellers are obliged to post only valid and accurate descriptions of the products they are selling.
3) If you have any questions regarding the products you want to buy, contact the seller for more details. Clicking the "Contact the seller " button will redirect you to the conversations module that you can use to talk to the seller directly.
4) Sellers are rated by their clients. It is in their best interest to answer any questions and respond to your comments. Give them some time and they will definitely get back to you.
5) Check the shipping details specified by the seller. These include information such as additional shipping costs, if there are any, or the possibility of receiving an invoice.
6) Once you purchase the product, you will be asked to provide a valid shipping address. The seller needs to know where to send the order. Make sure that the information you provided is accurate. This data will only be processed for shipment purposes.
7) Prices displayed on the marketplace include VAT. Please note that other charges, such as shipping costs, as well as payment processing, import and currency conversion fees, may also apply.
6) All necessary information regarding shipping costs and delivery times must be provided by the seller and clearly visible to all marketplace users. Information on issuing invoices should also be included.
7) Any changes to the product's description or price made after your purchase have no effect on your order. Sellers can modify product details or adjust the price, but these edits cannot be applied to the order you made prior to the changes.
8) Both the buyer and the seller receive e-mail notifications regarding completed transactions. The seller then begins the shipment process. Please note that delivery methods and times vary from seller to seller.
9) Delivering physical products takes time. Even the best couriers need a few days to deliver the package to your doorstep.
Ordering products is possible 24/7, but sellers and their couriers include only business days (weekdays) in their shipment time calculations.
Refund Policy
1) Refunds for physical products bought on ONLİNEAVM.COM.TR Marketplace are possible in the following cases:

  • The product you received does not match its description on ONLİNEAVM.COM.TR.COM.
  • It is damaged or faulty.
  • The delivery of a fully functional product is substantially delayed.
  • You decided to return the product within 14 days from the delivery. In this case you do not need to provide a reason.

The seller is obliged to reimburse you for the return costs only in the first two cases. In the remaining ones, they are not required to do so.
2) Sellers may offer shipment terms and complaints policies that may be even more beneficial to you as a buyer. This is not required of them, however, as they are obliged only to provide standard terms as defined by this policy. Remember to resolve any issues with your order by contacting the seller via the conversations module.
3) If you are experiencing any of the issues described above, contact the seller via the Conversations module.
4) Correspondence with the seller may resolve some of the minor issues you may have with the product..
5) Refunds can be requested only within 14 days from receiving the product. Sellers are aware of this and are obliged to assist you in resolving any problems. In case of refund requests made after 14 days from the delivery, sellers are no longer obliged to offer a refund.
6) The delivery of your product might sometimes be delayed without any fault on the seller's or the courier's part. If this happens, contact the seller via the conversations module for updates and possible solutions. If the delivery of a fully functional product has been substantially delayed, you are also eligible for a refund.
